This month we’re thrilled to announce a series of new features and enhancements designed to optimize your content delivery experience, including more new portal reporting, Object Storage, and various other improvements.

Origin Report

Gain deeper insights into your content delivery with our new Origin Report. Aggregated in 5-minute intervals, this report allows you to analyze data grouped by services and statuses, providing a comprehensive view of your origin performance.

Traffic by Account

For parent accounts managing multiple child accounts, we’ve introduced a new widget that analyzes traffic by child account. This feature offers a clear overview of traffic distribution, aiding in effective account management.

Object Storage

We’re excited to offer a new Object Storage feature, enabling you to create and manage object storage accounts via the Portal. Currently supporting regions in Chicago (ORD) and Washington (IAD), this service includes:

• Multiple Storage Accounts: Create multiple storage accounts across different regions, with customizable limits.
• Usage Monitoring: Track usage and the number of objects in each bucket.
• Bucket Overview: Access detailed lists of active and deleted buckets, along with the latest usage data.
• Storage Metrics: Analyze bucket metrics stored securely for efficient analysis.

Existing object storage users have been seamlessly migrated to this new section and will see this in the portal soon.

Interactive Reports

Our reports now support chart zooming for enhanced data analysis. Simply drag over a chart to select a time range; the filters will update accordingly, reloading the widgets to reflect your selection.

Additional Improvements

• Username Flexibility: Usernames can now include hyphens (-), allowing for greater customization.
• Refresh Button: Each report page now features a refresh button to reload widgets without refreshing the entire page.
• Grouping Options: We’ve removed mandatory grouping on new stats/reports, offering more flexible data views.
• Admin Panel Enhancements: Overall improvements have been made to the admin panel for a more streamlined experience.
• Script Enablement Fix: Resolved issues with script enablement on child accounts from parent accounts.
• Service Visibility Fix: Fixed the “show deactivated services” issue when a parent account user logs into a child account.
• Certificate Upload Fix: Addressed the issue of uploading the same certificate multiple times when intermediate chains differ.
